University should be a place of light, of liberty and of learning. But the huge process of the system of a University is always hidden behind. 

We as the Non Academic Establishment of University of Kelaniya carry out the process of facilitating all the non academic employees in the University. Therefore we maintain nearly 65 Non Academic designations with more than 800 Non Academic employees who carrying out the entire process of the University.
